Ingredients

  • 2 cups spinach and kale mix
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 banana
  • 1 mango
  • 2 spears of pineapple
  • 2 cups ice

Instructions

  1. Put spinach and kale in the blender. Add water and blend until pureed. 

  2. Cut banana, mango, and pineapple. Add fruit and ice or frozen fruit to the blender. Blend until smooth. 

  3. Pour into a cup of your choice and serve.
